Mark Steele is a South African Biokineticist who has worked
extensively as a Strength Conditioning Trainer in rugby,
hockey and soccer, at varying levels.

and fitness in top-flight players for Springbok, Sharks Super
Rugby and Currie Cup teams, amongst others.
